✦Hi, I'm Megan
The creator behind MsGangitano Setups.
For me, this isn't just about balloons, backdrops, or beautiful photos — it's about creating the kind of joyful moments I always dreamed of as a child.
Growing up, I spent much of my childhood isolated, not allowed to celebrate holidays or many of the moments most families share. I often imagined what it would feel like to laugh with people, celebrate milestones, and feel surrounded by family and friends.
Today, I get to create those moments for others.
My passion for event design truly began during the pandemic while planning my own wedding. What started as a celebration for 30 family members quickly became something much bigger.
I didn't just choose decorations.
I spent months researching and curating every single detail from home — every chair, table, color palette, texture, and place setting chosen to tell the story of our Italian-Jewish wedding. I researched which chairs would be comfortable and safe for guests of different sizes and abilities, whether they'd be stable on grass or cobblestone, and how each piece would photograph together.
Every decision mattered.
When the wedding day arrived, seeing everything come together exactly as I'd envisioned was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life — my family couldn't believe it had all been designed and coordinated entirely from my home.
That taught me something about myself: I genuinely love the work behind the scenes. I enjoy researching, planning, problem-solving, and finding just the right combination of pieces that transforms an ordinary space into something unforgettable. That same passion naturally carried into designing photo booths for nonprofit and community events.
Those smiles are why I do this.

You review the mock-up and let me know what you think. Need changes? I'll update it for you.
I SHOP & PREPARE
Once approved, I purchase the items and prepare everything for your event.
EVENT DAY
I deliver, professionally set up, and make sure everything is ready for you.
AFTER THE PARTY
You enjoy your event. I return to break everything down.
